Could the Big 12 really add Florida State and Clemson?

The reports and rumors about Florida State and Clemson joining the Big 12 continue. It appears like a real possibility, which would obviously be a huge win for the league. Other ACC schools may jump ship as well and the Big 12 seems poised to bring them in.
